When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email, phone number, brokerage, market, recent content-update range, AI presence-check answers, score, consent record, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the information to evaluate fit, respond to your request, prepare an AI presence review, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Follow Up Boss

Form submissions are transferred to Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management provider, so How About You AI can respond and maintain the inquiry record.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box, How About You AI may call, text, or email you about your waitlist request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep business and compliance records, and protect the service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations, by calling 425.448.6288. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.
