Information we collect

When you request a feasibility review, we collect the property address, your name, email, phone number, project category, comments, consent record, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the information to evaluate and respond to your property inquiry, coordinate related real estate services, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Follow Up Boss

Form submissions are transferred to Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management provider, so Aditya Kasturi’s team can respond and maintain the inquiry record.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box, SOL PRIMA LLC, doing business as Aditya Kasturi, Realogics Sotheby’s, may call or text you about your inquiry and related real estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep business and compliance records, and protect the service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations, by emailing team@adityakasturi.com. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.

Professional boundaries

HBUAI provides preliminary property research and feasibility intelligence. It does not provide an appraisal, architectural or engineering service, legal advice, or permit approval.
